Compact sedans are among the best-selling

Among the categories with the most registrations in April is compact sedans, in third place, behind only SUVs and small hatches. However, compact sedans fell compared to last month, as in March they sold around 8%, while this month the total was 7,66%.

It is also worth highlighting that the popular midsize sedans are disappearing and no longer being consumers' preferences. Despite this, the Toyota Corolla continues to sell well and ranked third in April, with 3.104 license plates. Already the Volkswagen Virtus fell behind after its good performance in March and scored 2.456 cars.

Fifthly, there is the Hyundai HB20S with 2.065 license plates, followed by Toyota Yaris Sedan with 1.670 license plates and Honda City, with 1.004 license plates. Another highlight is the Renault Logan, which entered the ranking in ninth place, with an impressive 675 registrations, compared to 140 last month. The BYD Seal, the only electric car that was remaining in the top 10, lost its position to the BMW 320i, which this month had 410 registrations – while the BYD Seal, for example, had 283 registrations.
