The Alpine A110 R will arrive on October 4th as the most radical version of the mid-engined sports car and the French automaker showed off its specs in a short teaser.
As shown in the video, the A110 R accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 285 km/h.
Both numbers are improved over the smaller variants, making it the fastest and fastest A110 yet.
In terms of a standard 0-60 mph sprint, the A110 R is 0.3 seconds faster than the GT and S trims and 0.6 seconds faster than the entry-level Pure.

In an earlier teaser, Alpine revealed that the A110 R will feature a redesigned body kit that includes a splitter, ventilated hood, extended side skirts, a larger diffuser and a fixed rear wing.
A set of alloy wheels, updated brakes and a retuned suspension will all contribute to more precise handling.
The latest video shows more of the exterior design, four diffuser-mounted tailpipes, aerodynamic alloy wheels, red brake calipers and carbon fiber treatment on the engine cover for the specific version.
