Using his favorite social network, Elon Musk released some new details about the Cybertruck via Twitter today.
Tesla CEO wrote that the Cybertruck will be waterproof enough to also function as a vehicle amphibian for short periods of time.

In a previous tweet, Musk had mentioned that the Cybertruck would float for a while, with the propulsion coming from the turning of the wheels.
Initially, the model will be offered in three versions, the basic one with an electric motor and a range of more than 400 km, which will go from 0 to 96 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
The version with two electric motors offers a range of more than 480 km per charge and does 0-96 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
Finally, the version with the three powerful electric motors accelerates the pickup from 96 km/h in 2.9 seconds, completing 400 km/h in 10.8 seconds, resulting in a range of more than 800 km per charge. . Later there will also be a version with 4 electric motors.
Tesla's electric pickup will go on sale in mid-2023 and will be produced at the company's new factory in Austin, Texas.
