Private jet supercars: Discover Neymar's luxury collection

A celebrity, whether in showbiz or sports, is almost certain to start acquiring things once millions accumulate, and that includes mansions, designer pieces, cars and other high-end things that ordinary people can only dream of.

Neymar Jr, widely regarded as one of the best footballers in the world today, is certainly no exception.

In his spare time, Neymar relaxes with his family and rides around in their luxury cars and their other collectibles, such as custom helicopters or his private jet and yacht.

Neymar's grand collection

Even though many of the items listed below are not accurate, Neymar's garage is home to a net worth of $ 200 million.

Having started his spectacular career aged 17 and coming from a low-income family, there is a certain restraint about Neymar when it comes to flaunting his wealth.

Neymar remains in a record contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2025 and is currently in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup.

Even with some extra free time, you won't find him bragging online about the things he buys.

Fortunately for his fans, his mere presence attracts attention from the paparazzi, including the type of car he drives.

The buzz online is that Neymar's collection is quite eclectic. Over the years, he's shown a love for Ferrari, Audi and Volkswagen, but he's never splurged on limited edition or custom cars.

He had a Ferrari 458 that he crashed in Barcelona and is believed to still own a Ferrari GTC4Lusso and a Mercedes-AMG GT.

Back in his Barcelona days, the soccer star was often spotted in an Audi R8 Spyder and moved on to an Audi RS7 and a larger Q7.

Neymar is a family guy, so it is perhaps no surprise that, at one point, he was spotted driving a Volkswagen Touareg.

But he also owns a Porsche Panamera Turbo and an Aston Martin Vulcan, with unconfirmed reports saying that at one point he also owned a Lamborghini Veneno and a McLaren 570S.

You don't have to be an avid lover of celebrity gossip to immediately see that, compared to other celebrities of his status, Neymar is holding back in the car department.

That is, until we get to the jewel in his crown, the Maserati MC12, which he has in the two-tone colorway of Fuji White with blue accents.

Introduced in 2004 as a very limited series of which only 50 units will be produced, a new MC12 cost over $ 800,000 at the time.

A second-hand one now costs as much as $$ 2 million if you're lucky enough to find one available.

The most interesting entries in Neymar's collection are not even stored in his garage: two helicopters, a private jet and a private yacht.

Other valuables that Neymar collects

In 2013, Neymar bought a Eurocopter EC130 B4 helicopter for an estimated price of US$ 4 million. Three years later he would upgrade to a much fancier and more expensive aircraft, a $ 15 million fully custom Airbus H145 with an interior Mercedes-Benz lounge and custom NJR registration.

Neymar calls him the Bat Copter, as his customization was made according to the Dark Knight aesthetic, which he is a big fan of.

Just as us common people use a car to go to work, Neymar often uses the Bat Copter to fly his teammates to training.

When not flying in a private helicopter, Neymar does it in a private jet. He owns an Embraer Legacy 450, also with a custom interior and valued at US$ 12.6 million.

Prior to 2016, he also owned a Ferretti yacht called Nadine, which was seized with Eurocopter when he was accused of failing to pay taxes for his time at Santos between 2011 and 2013.

One of the most talented, profitable and iconic players in the world, Neymar Jr shows that his private collection of “toys” is the result of hard work and dreams.
