Sometimes great rarities appear, which were hidden in the corners of Brazil. One of these rarities is a 1961 North American KW Dart truck. These trucks were produced by Dart, a vehicle manufacturer founded in 1910 in the city of Waterloo, Iowa.
After World War II, the company was acquired by Paccar, and the trucks produced were called KW Dart, as they shared technologies with Kenworth models.
These trucks were intended for off-road operations such as mining or hauling logs. Equipped with Detroit Diesel engines and Allison gearboxes, they were extremely robust. The announced truck is equipped with the Detroit 8v92T, with 430 horsepower and torque of 1,600 Nm, with 12.1 liters of displacement and 8 cylinders in V.
The seller points out that the truck works and that everything is original from the factory, despite the action of time. The truck is in the Contagem region, in Minas Gerais. To see the full ad, visit the link https://olx.com.br/caminhao-kenworth-americano-raridade-1006295668.
