Truck driver Aline Fucther, famous as "Musa das Estradas", underwent surgical procedures and is recovering from the accident that occurred on BR-174, in Mato Grosso.
Her friend Lauren Borges, who was with her on the trip, posted an audio on social media in which the resident of Tubarão, in the south of Santa Catarina, talks about the collision with another truck (listen above). The publication was made on Saturday (15).
“Thank God I'm much better. According to Lauren, a part of the front truck jumped. I was at 40 km/h. That piece from the front truck, let go and caught me. This caused my tire to stop and I lost direction. And even though I was slow, it did all that”, explained Aline.
Aline was driving the vehicle last Thursday (13) loaded with soy, between Porto Esperidião and Pontes and Lacerda, at the time of the collision. With the impact, she was left with her body stuck to the hardware and suffered fractures.
Because of this, Aline needed to be hospitalized and underwent two surgeries.
“I am recovering well. I'm already talking, eating. I'm feeling much better. Very different from other days”, he concluded.
Lauren suffered minor injuries and did not need to be hospitalized.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
